Office Assistant
Duties
* Answering the phones, directing calls
* General office administrative/support duties
* Daily inputting purchase ledger invoices into SAGE accounting software
* Producing invoices for small works department
* Recording van mileage and keeping vehicle spreadsheet updated
* Processing staff holiday requests
* Processing weekly timesheets
* Scheduling staff training and recording upon completion
* Monitoring of stationary/office supplies and procurement
* Monitoring of office supplies and procurement
* Company events - assist with coordination and booking
* Keeping driving licence log up to date
* Daily monitoring of Sales@ email address inbox and forwarding emails to appropriate employees
* Issue GDPR forms to all new employees and save to server
* Managing up to date subcontractors prequalification check information
* Role and responsibilities will vary according to the needs of the company
Preferred skills/experience
* Office administration - 1 year experience
* Customer service - 1 year experience
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc).
* Use of SAGE software
* SES will provide training to support the role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
