Derby College Group (DCG) is recruiting a Lecturer of Land Based to deliver programs at our Broomfield Hall campus.
This role offers the opportunity to teach our Access to Higher Education Animal Science Diploma and support agriculture apprentices in developing their portfolios, adhering to IfATE standards at Levels 2 and 3.
The ideal candidate will have experience in land-based education and be familiar with national curriculum guidelines.
A strong understanding of animal science and agriculture is essential for delivering high-quality instruction and ensuring student success.
Lecturers are expected to develop engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback to facilitate learning.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for working collaboratively with colleagues and students.
We are seeking an experienced educator who can inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
In return, we offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
