Tyrefix is the leading service provider of Plant and OTR tyre repairs and replacements nationwide. With over 110 breakdown vehicles, we pride ourselves on providing an unmatched breakdown service where our customers come first.
Having achieved 100% growth over the last 4 years and with further strategic plans afoot, we are seeking experienced sales professionals to join us on this exciting growth journey. Today, our offering provides a solution to customers suffering from off-highway tyre-related issues. As of November, we will have launched a solution for servicing and maintenance of plant equipment. Due to our continued success, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to maintain and grow our customer base in the North region of the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing customers to grow share account revenue
* Seek out, target, and develop new business opportunities
* Manage and maintain a Customer Relationship Management system
* Manage stakeholders, acting as a liaison between the customer and the wider business
* Grow and maintain long-lasting and sustainable relationships with both internal and external customers
* Keep up to date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends
* Occasional nights away may be required as part of the role depending on business needs
What we are looking for:
* Experience in Sales is essential, ideally in the tyre, plant, earthmover, or construction industry
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Be a team player, eager to get stuck in and be hands-on where needed
* Be IT literate and hold excellent administrative skills
* Be proactive and able to manage time effectively with minimal supervision
* Be someone who can hit the ground running and make an impact as quickly as possible
