Water Project Manager – Lead the Way in Delivering Clean Water Solutions!
Are you passionate about making a real impact? Do you have the leadership skills to drive vital water infrastructure projects to success? We’re looking for a Water Project Manager to take charge of planning, executing, and delivering high-quality water supply, treatment, and distribution projects.
Your Mission:
✅ Oversee every phase of clean water projects—from concept to completion.
✅ Manage teams of engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
✅ Keep projects on track, within budget, and up to the highest safety and quality standards.
✅ Ensure compliance with all regulations while promoting environmental sustainability.
What You’ll Do:
Develop strategic project plans, budgets, and risk assessments.
Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams for efficient project delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.
Drive cost-effective solutions while ensuring excellence in execution.
Champion health, safety, and environmental best practices.

✔ High-quality standards with zero non-conformances.
✔ Strong client satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.
✔ Top-tier safety performance—zero Lost Time Incidents (LTIs).
Qualifications
Education: Relevant
qualifications
in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing clean water projects with a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget.
Certifications:
IOSH Managing Safely (essential)
NRSWA Supervisor (essential)
CSCS Blue Card – Skilled Worker (essential)
NEBOSH General Certificate (advantageous)
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, distribution systems, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead teams effectively, liaise with clients and regulatory bodies, and solve complex project challenges with confidence.
