An exciting opportunity withina growing HVAC business has become available for a Sales AccountManager to support the team in the London and Southeast of England. Asa business experience excellent success, and as a result high levelsof growth, the business is keen to develop their sales and accountmanagement function, in order to ensure they can continue to deliverthe high levels of customer service and care that they are known for.
The position holder will be joining an establishedteam to support the accounts in that area. You will be the main pointof contact for customers on a daily basis and will proactively seekopportunities to gain new business or develop opportunities within theexisting accounts to further promote the business' services andofferings.
Role and Responsibilities
While in this position your duties may include but are notlimited to:
* Managing an assigned portfolio of accounts,nurturing long term business relationships to promote furtheropportunities for sales
* Promoting an increase in sales forareas of installations, maintenance and repair work with new andexisting clients
* Becoming the main point of contact forcustomers for queries and to address their needs and how the businesscan address these
* Finding swift and successful solutions forproblems and conflicts with customers, ensuring a fair outcome for all
* Reporting on and analysing sales metrics, includingperiodical sales results and how they are against set targets
* Seeking out opportunities for growth and improvement in salesperformance, suggesting these to the team and relevant managers
* Striving to increase the market exposure of the business bypromoting the business whenever possible, including to new andexisting customers, at events and through networking
* Supporting the sales director and other managers in thedelivery of contracts
What You Will NeedTo Apply:
The business is keen to hear from experiencedsales professionals, ideally within the HVAC industry if possible.Applicants should have excellent customer service and communicationskills, be capable of delivery high levels of service and productivelyusing relationships to business advantage, as well as possessing goodproblem-solving skills and a quick-thinking mindset. Sound knowledgeof Microsoft Office and other sales related software is required forthis role.
What You Will Get In Return:
