* Prepare and cook delicious, high-quality meals in a timely manner
* Oversee kitchen staff and provide guidance as needed
* Ensure all food preparation meets food safety standards
* Collaborate with the restaurant team to create new dishes and menus
* Support and train our neurodiverse staff and trainees
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
Proficient in culinary techniques and food preparation
* Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Strong cooking skills with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes
* Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
* Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
* Prior experience in meal preparation and menu planning for a restaurant
