They are a trusted partner in this sector and have been for many years. Often the role is about providing technical solutions and specifications to problem solve or help with larger system designs. There is a great level of expertise in the business and you will have a technical team and the use of a technical centre in the office to showcase solutions to customers. You will be selling a range of hydraulic valves, flow control products and control valves used in water systems, pipework infrastructures and flood prevention schemes. These can be stand alone or part of an integrated system. The role will involve working with End Users in water and utilities companies as well as delivering CPD seminars to engineering consultants and project teams within building services industry. They need someone with a pro active approach to networking and uncovering further opportunities within their stakeholder network. Key to success in this role is an engineering background or someone who has worked within flow control systems, hydraulics or industrial valves and controls. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: · 3 years or more working in a technical field sales or sales engineer type of role · Experience of selling a mechanical engineering solution, pitching CPDs and specifications · Ability to present technical solutions and offer trusted expertise · A consultative, driven and professional salesperson with good attention to detail · Understanding of mechanical engineering or hydraulics or valves is desirable Salary: up to £50,000 basic salary, plus up to £10k OTE, company car, mobile, laptop, 24 days holiday, pension scheme
