Recruitment Assistant Longridge
£28,500 per annum
Were looking for a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Assistant to join our busy team in Longridge. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.
What youll be doing:
Supporting the recruitment team with end-to-end hiring processes
Posting job adverts, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
Maintaining candidate records and recruitment databases
Handling phone and email enquiries in a professional manner
Assisting with compliance checks and onboarding documentation
Preparing reports, offer letters, and general correspondence
Supporting wider admin duties as required
What were looking for:
Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment role
Experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous due to the nature of the work
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Confident managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines
Strong IT skills particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
Access to a car is preferable due to occasional travel needs and the office location
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time
Location: Based in Longridge, onsite
