This position is a key to the team and a main point of contact for the field based engineers as well as customers. Responsibilities for the Service Administrator
Handling customer call-outs, logging emergencies, and updating on arrival times, delays, and job completion via phone and email.
Ordering materials and equipment from suppliers, managing collections, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Confirming job completion in the system for invoicing and following up on purchase order numbers.
Authorising supplier invoices and ensuring cost-efficient service planning.
Managing customer queries by phone, delivering excellent service.Requirements for the Service Administrator
Strong customer service skills.
Service Administrator or similar who has worked for an engineering, field base or manufacturing company
Excellent at workload management, prioritisation, and organisation.
Proficient in various IT systems and customer-specific platforms.
