Role Summary
Lidl is seeking a highly skilled Consultant to oversee the lifecycle management of all promotional areas. This includes managing store space, monitoring product performance, and collaborating with various teams to drive operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience in supply chain, logistics, or operational systems management. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee management of the lifecycle for the promotional category
* Work closely with stakeholders to maximise sell through potential of lines using relevant levers available
* Present WFM updates to senior management and be the main point of contact for training for RDCs
* Manage high-level projects liaising closely with stakeholders from across the business
* Troubleshoot and optimise WFM system performance in collaboration with operational teams
* Provide strategic insights by analysing data and feeding back to relevant departments
Requirements
* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operational systems management (desirable)
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and metrics
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to travel to RDCs and stores as required
