Salary: Grade F, £27,566-£29,649 (prorated to £9,372-£10,081). Placement on the grade is dependent on experience and qualifications
Hours:Part time – 15 hours: Friday 2.30-10pm and Sunday 10am-5.30pm, term-time only (32 weeks plus 4 weeks admin)

You will need to provide high quality customer service to support the provision of library services to meet the teaching, learning and research requirements of students and staff at Norland.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high quality customer service in library services.
2. Support students with referencing and assist them in searching for sources.
3. Help students use databases and e-journals/books to support their studies.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
2. Trustworthy and diligent, as the role involves keyholding.
3. Self-starter with the ability to work well with people.
4. Highly organised to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
5. Flexible approach and a friendly, approachable nature.
