The Role:
As part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality mental health services in accordance with the Mental Health Services Strategic Plan, Mental Health Services principles, National Mental Health Standards, Agency Policy, legal requirements, and relevant professional competencies, the Administrative Officer undertakes a range of high-level administrative functions for the Older Persons Mental Health Services (OPMHS), including supervision of administrative staff and the coordination of administrative processes.
* Provides day-to-day administrative support to the Older Persons Mental Health team.
* Contributes towards optimal administrative and business support processes at the local level.
* Liaises with a variety of personnel, including staff, clients, and outside organisations.
* Inputs, retrieves, and updates information and produces reports utilising a variety of computer software packages.
Details of appointment:
Fixed term, part-time, day worker position, working up to 30.4 hours per fortnight, as soon as possible until 30 June 2027, notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full-time, part-time, and casual vacancies.
73,811 to $79,779 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
