Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shopper Activation Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Cereal Partners. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments including Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Shopper, Finance, and the COC Team based in Poland to design and execute project management processes for prefilled shippers. You will be reporting into our Shopper & Field Strategy Manager and be part of a team that values open communication.
A day in the life of a Shopper Activation Project Manager…
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful and timely execution of our shipper plan across multiple retailers, brands, and campaigns. Your responsibilities will also include:
1. Efficiently manage the end-to-end process for prefilled shippers, taking full ownership and fostering collaboration across all relevant teams.
2. Apply project management tools, skills, and behaviours to ensure the on-time and high-quality launch of prefilled units, adhering to retailer guidelines and nuances.
3. Act as the single point of contact for all prefilled shipper matters, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
4. Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and leading the implementation of new processes to drive efficiencies.
5. Establish a best practice process that aligns with cross-functional teams and meets business requirements.
6. Lead and facilitate meetings to ensure production deadlines are met, and all teams fulfil their responsibilities.
7. Establish Key Success Criteria to evaluate the viability, profitability, and return on investment of each shipper project.
8. Collaborate with the Field & Shopper Strategy Manager to drive the continuous evolution and strategy of shippers, including the transition to double stacked prefilled units and a quick turnaround repository and process.
9. Provide transparent communication of prefilled status, costs, and risks to cross-functional team members and senior leadership.
10. Capture learnings and share them with the team to drive enhanced efficiencies.

4. Have demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams, with the ability to resolve conflicts and achieve outcomes suitable for all parties.
5. Have experience in creating or adapting processes to ensure effective and efficient end-to-end process management.
6. Be proficient in delivering Key Success Criteria or Profit & Loss Governance.
7. Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Establish and maintain effective relationships with peers and senior stakeholders.
9. Have strong presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations.
