Job Description:
Henderson Group is Northern Ireland's leading foodservice provider, employing over 5,500 staff. We are seeking a Driver Logistics for our Foodservice depot in Mallusk, responsible for delivering frozen food products to the Foodservice sector throughout Northern Ireland.
Main Duties:
1. Loading and securing all goods at the depot.
2. Ensuring all documentation is correct prior to departing from the depot.
3. Delivering goods in first-class condition to the agreed location.
4. Ensuring the appropriate delivery documentation is signed.
5. Collecting and documenting all product returns.
6. Maintenance of the lorry (including vehicle hygiene plus daily water/oil/fuel checks).
7. Cage control and accountability.
This role involves significant manual handling, specifically pushing, pulling, and lifting heavy loads.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Essential Criteria:
1. Hold a current LGV Group C licence.
2. Possess a Driver Qualification Card.
3. Possess a Digital Tachograph Card.
4. Have a good knowledge of the Northern Ireland road network.
Desirable Criteria:
1. Driving experience.
2. Multi-drop delivery experience.
3. A good knowledge of vehicle refrigeration.
4. A good knowledge of tail lift operation.

Hours and Days of Work:
The successful applicant will have a core contract of 38 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, with flexibility required. Shift patterns start at 12 noon daily, with a 7 am start on Fridays.
Earnings Potential:
Drivers are paid for every hour worked and can potentially earn £36k OTE gross upwards per annum after training.
