Our team
We have five practice areas, through which we seek to take our legal expertise to market, including via our priority sectors. The five practice areas are Company Commercial, Litigation & Dispute Management, Employment, Labor and Pensions, Real Estate and Konexo, our alternative legal services business.
Our Marketing & BD team works across five key areas: Strategy, Clients, Pitch, Regions and Operational. Our Strategy team is responsible for devising and implementing strategy and activates across all areas of our business.
Our Employment, Labor and Pensions group (ELPG) is highly respected in the markets in which we operate. Our lawyers are at the forefront of their fields in terms of technical knowledge and subject matter and this strong reputation is illustrated by our consistent representation in global directory rankings. Role and key responsibilities
This is a stimulating role for a 3+ year experienced marketer seeking a diverse, challenging and international role. It offers the opportunity to work directly with Partners, external organisations and clients.

The successful candidate will work with the Senior Marketing & BD Manager, the lawyer leads and other stakeholders to support growth through execution of the marketing and communications plan in order to enhance the profile of the relevant practice and sector areas.

Key Responsibilities
6. You will be working with the Senior Marketing Manager and relevant practice leads, partners and stakeholders to drive forward and develop the marketing for the practices
7. Support in the development, implementation and delivery of high quality campaigns and marketing initiatives using the full range of routes to market
8. Developing best in class, practice-based sales collateral and legal updates
9. Event management, including events with a global focus
10. Working collaboratively with other support functions internationally to provide a seamless service to the business
11. Ability to turn client-facing practice group messaging into sector specific marketing for our clients
12. Supporting key partners and stakeholders in client targeting and business development initiatives
Skills and experience
13. Experience within a marketing role, ideally from a professional services firm with international offices, is desirable
14. Experience in delivering, or supporting the delivery of marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives including strategic events, creation and activation of thought leadership, marketing communications and business development activities
15. Ability to prioritise the right activities that deliver value to our business
16. Previous experience will demonstrate an ability to support campaign-based activity and an ability to use influencing skills to gain credibility across all levels within the firm
17. Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail
18. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
19. Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the market. You will interpret legal and client specific issues in order to devise effective and winning approaches, taking into account client perspectives
