Stores & Spare Parts Coordinator
My client provides post-harvest solutions for the fresh produce industry. They are looking for a highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive Stores & Spare Parts Coordinator to manage inventory, process orders, support customers, preparing client quotations, dealing with deliveries, prepare service team time sheets and recording data in ERP system
Your Role:
* Inventory Management – Maintain stock records, conduct audits, and prevent shortages.
* Parts Coordination – Process, prepare, and dispatch orders accurately.
* Store Operations – Keep the store organized and compliant with safety standards.
* Customer Support – Assist customers via phone and email, resolving order issues efficiently.
* Team Collaboration – Work with service and finance teams to forecast demand and ensure accurate billing.
What You Need:
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience in inventory management or a similar role
* Strong organization, problem-solving, and time management skills.
* Ability to lift and pack parts when required.
