Role: Service Administrator
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: £24,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00
We're seeking a talented Service Administrator to join our dynamic Service Repairs team for a 12-month contract (maternity cover). In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth processing and management of all company returns and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate and process customer and supplier returns.
Test and validate mobile, IT, and telephony devices and accessories.
Manage quotes and dispatch goods efficiently.
Perform testing and data wiping as needed.
Create detailed inspection and fault reports.
Generate accurate customer invoices.
Program devices based on customer requirements.
Ensure proper storage of materials and goods to prevent damage.
Provide excellent customer support, resolving issues and answering queries promptly.
Communicate professionally and effectively via phone and other channels.
Maintain accurate records and track information in company systems.
Ideal Candidate
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with inventory management systems.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
