Compliance Administrator
Location: Leicester
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Compliance Administrator. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong eye for detail, ensuring the business meets all regulatory, health & safety, and compliance standards.
Our company is well-established and specialises in energy solutions, managing supply and installation for businesses across the UK. With projects ranging from £100k to £2 million, we place a strong emphasis on compliance, governance, and continuous learning to ensure our team remains highly skilled and qualified.
Role Responsibilities
* Maintain and update compliance records, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
* Support internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
* Ensure company policies align with regulatory and legal requirements.
* Assist in implementing and maintaining health & safety procedures.
* Monitor staff training records and coordinate necessary compliance training.
* Manage and update supplier compliance documentation.
* Investigate and document compliance breaches and incidents.
* Ensure all staff have the appropriate PPE and adhere to health & safety protocols.
Skills & Qualifications Required
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
* Minimum Grade 5 GCSE in English and Maths.
* IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications (preferred but not essential).
* Experience in compliance, auditing, or regulatory administration.
* Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process improvements.
* Knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practises.
