Compliance Administrator Location: Leicester Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 DOE An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Compliance Administrator. With projects ranging from £100k to £2 million, we place a strong emphasis on compliance, governance, and continuous learning to ensure our team remains highly skilled and qualified. Role Responsibilities Maintain and update compliance records, ensuring adherence to industry regulations. Support internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments. Ensure company policies align with regulatory and legal requirements. Assist in implementing and maintaining health & safety procedures. Monitor staff training records and coordinate necessary compliance training. Manage and update supplier compliance documentation. Investigate and document compliance breaches and incidents. Ensure all staff have the appropriate PPE and adhere to health & safety protocols. Skills & Qualifications Required Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems. Minimum Grade 5 GCSE in English and Maths. IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications (preferred but not essential). Experience in compliance, auditing, or regulatory administration. Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process improvements. Knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practises.
