Financial Recruitment Consultant in Birmingham
• Salary: Up to £40,000 base plus commission
• Office-based 3 days a week, with flexibility discussed on an individual basis
We are seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our team, specialising in senior-level placements, including heads of departments, with a strong background in tax and audit accountancy.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for senior finance positions, focusing on tax and audit roles.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Leverage your business development skills to generate new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio.
• Provide expert market insights and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Produce evidence of your billings and demonstrate your success in meeting targets.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter within the finance sector, specifically in tax and audit and accountancy.
• Strong track record of placing senior candidates in high-level positions.
• Exceptional business development skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
