You could be working as a project leader for new product or promotional display launch, be a forecasting expert for some of the world's best known brands, or be the key supply chain contact to some of the UK's biggest retailers. An industrial placement in Supply with P&G is designed to give you an intensive immersion in the exciting and challenging environment we work in. You will be entrusted with real, individual technical and business projects to lead, own, and execute over the course of your placement with us. To do this, you will be integrated into a diverse team from your first day and be responsible for delivering results to improve our business. Please note that this programme is designed as a 12-month industrial placement for students graduating in 2027 with a placement year as part of their degree. However, we have a limited number of 3/6 month placements available for students graduating in 2025, 2026 or those who have already graduated starting 1st July 2025. What You Will Gain: Responsibilities and Real Work from Day 1: You will be given specific projects and responsibilities working on real and live business challenges, just like a true P&Ger. Continuous training & coaching: You will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager., Right to work: For our placement roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your placement without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026 or for the duration of a 3 or 6 month placement from 1st July 2025 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. P&G is legally required to ensure all candidates have the right to work in the UK from Day 1 of their employment. University students graduating in 2027 with a placement year as part of their degree who will participate in our 12-month industrial placement.
