What the Job Involves This role entails providing effective and timely recruitment and selection support, ensuring high customer service standards within the Employee Services Team. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the recruitment process from job advertisement to appointment. Acting as a point of contact for Recruiting Managers throughout the recruitment process. Utilizing technology and online systems effectively, including applicant tracking systems. Ensuring all necessary pre-employment checks are completed. Retrieving data to support responses to enquiries and briefing Recruitment Advisors on complex issues. Assisting process reviews and developing standard operating procedures for managers. Providing training sessions to Recruiting Managers. Conducting job evaluations and advising on salary and grading issues. Supporting all Employee Services work where necessary.
