Office Administrator – Newtownards Co Down

Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in the Newtownards Office.
You will be greeting clients and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Your responsibilities will include a range of administrative tasks on their management system and general duties to keep their office running smoothly.
The successful candidate will have:
* At least 1 years’ administration experience working in an office environment
* GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to multi-task and deal with all general administration
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team when necessary
Hours: 9.00-5.00 pm Monday to Friday (one hour for lunch)
Location: Newtownards
Salary: Commensurate with experience
