At the Olive project, we believe that black and minoritized victims of abuse deserve a specialist service that takes into account their needs and lived believe that everyone has their own lived experience and this experience is impacted through a wide range of discrimination and oppression such as race, immigration status, sexual orientation and disability. By centring these voices and experiences, we can provide a more humane and effective service. We are unapologetically a Black Feminist organisation. We believe that change can happen. We do not accept oppression and discrimination as being a natural state of humankind. We support and value all the communities that fight for equality and justice and stand with them in solidarity.
