A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our busy HR Business Team. This role will allow you to gain experience and further develop your HR knowledge and skills whilst supporting the delivery of an excellent, business-focused HR Service.
This role will focus on Health & Wellbeing; however, it is a varied role that will support the HR Business team with employee relations matters including:
1. TUPE
2. Trade Union activity
3. Job Evaluation
4. Pensions
5. Equality and Diversity
6. Reviews and Redundancy consultation
7. Delivery of upskilling support and training for managers
This role will be instrumental in supporting the Health and Wellbeing & EDI Lead with the coordination and delivery of key activities linked to the People strategy.
