Rate: £13.51 per hour PAYE
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:45am – 5pm, Friday 8:45am – 4:30pm or 7:30am – 4pm Monday to Friday
Contract: 6-month contract

Our manufacturing client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a contract basis.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
1. Document Management: Organize and maintain customer-related documents
2. Telephone Calls: Speaking with customers and clients
3. Data Entry: Accurately enter and manage data in systems
4. Customer Service: Provide professional support to customers
Requirements for the Customer Service Administrator:
1. Computer Literate: Proficiency with office software
2. Interest in Customer Service Development: Eager to learn and grow within the customer service sector
