Key Responsibilities: Business Improvement: Plan Definition: Conduct the elaboration of the Performance Plan with the Unit Head, Head of Operations and BC Leaders Facilitate the plan's consistency with strategic guidelines (SBP, MTIP, TISP, finance etc.) With Senior Leaders coordinate the alignment within the matrix (BL, UK) Plan Monitoring: Launch, monitor and measure the impacts of the Performance Plan Support the Units Performance Actors in reaching their performance objectives (issues detection, escalation where needed etc.) Provide support and guidance to the monthly BL Transformation Steerco's and the UWS UK Transformation Steerco's Seek to integrate TT30 into the unit's daily management Establish and maintain close links with BL and our UWS UK Engineering TT30 communities to ensure continued alignment of our plans Plan Reporting: Prepare the Performance Plan progress report monthly and share it with BL and Operations With Senior Leaders prepare the yearly review of the Performance Plan Coordinate the TT30 Network: Coordinate the TT30 network (BC Leaders, PI Leaders etc.) to boost the performance dynamics Develop and practise coaching and sharing of good practises (internal & external) Participate to Learning Hub programmes to increase awareness and mobilisation of all employees on TT30 Engage in TT30 networking events external to our Domain e.g. UK, BL Communication: Deploy communication on TT30 with support from the local communications department Develop and promote diversified communications channels: physical (events, posters, leaflets etc.), digital (intranet, newsletters, videos etc.) Maintain connections with the BL and seek to align with our Communications activities Change Management: Identify needs for support in change management Support all unit Performance Actors in driving change Business Continuity: Ensuring that the UWS UK Business Impact Analysis (BIA) is generated in line with the established business governance requirements Ensuring that the UWS UK Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is generated compatible with the strategic direction of the Domain or Function, including new activities, projects, services or products Ensuring that Site Incident Management Plans (IMPs) are generated in order to ensure that the Site Incident Management Teams deliver a structured and effective response to an incident Actively participating in the Site Incident Management & Business Recovery Teams to ensure that the plans are enacted as required and lessons learned are conducted to improve future responses Coordinating training for the various elements of the Business Continuity plan. Coordinating and challenging our preparedness to deliver the various elements of our Business Continuity plans Coordinating Business Continuity activities to ensure that on an annual basis (as a minimum) Business Continuity documentation is maintained, reviewed, validated and exercised, this to include the Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Incident Management Plans (IMP) Representing UWS UK at UK level Business Continuity forums Providing status reports on the UWS UK Business Continuity Management programme to the UWS UK business and the UK BCM Programme Lead Coordinating internal and external reviews and audits Important Working Relationships UWS UK Head of Operations UWS UK Operations Director UWS UK Site Directors / Managers UK Business Continuity Programme Lead UWS BL Transformation Lead UWS UK Business Challenge Leaders UWS UK Performance Initiative Leaders UWS UK Internal Comms Team Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required Proven achievement in Business Improvement related activities and change management. Capable of working in a matrix organisation and achieving accountability without direct line management responsibility. Demonstrable experience in stakeholder relationship management. Demonstrable experience in actively building and maintaining a network of colleagues and contacts to achieve progress on objectives and shared interests. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels. Able to use initiative to solve problems as they arise and make difficult decisions when necessary. Performance through Co-Operation.
