We are on the lookout for a Technical Administrator (part-time) to join our friendly team at Jordan’s Dorset Ryvita. As part of the ABF group, we have ambitious plans for growth over the next 5 years and we need someone with the drive and passion to help us get there.
The role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a part-time administration role in our friendly Technical Systems team. We are looking for someone to support the team with their workload for 16 hours per week and we can be open and flexible regarding when the hours are. However, during on-site audits, your presence will be required to provide support.
Key Accountabilities
Our Assistant Technical Systems Manager is looking for a team member to...
Support with the workload of tasks performed by the Technical Systems function for example:
* Follow Document Control Procedure to complete document updates
* Administer online training courses according to the Technical Matrix requirements and following up when training is overdue
* Create communication reports for departmental metrics (e.g. Overdue NCR report)
* Checking artwork codes and other key data checks on production documents
* Building and circulating the Technical reports
* Conduct internal audits on designated areas following the provision of training
* Raising of NCRs, Quality Miss and Near Miss reports as appropriate
* Taking accurate meeting minutes for Technical meetings where required (e.g. HACCP meetings, Food Safety meetings)
* Responsible for updating noticeboards around the site with Technical communications and removing obsoleted documentation
* Conducting the scanning, saving and auditing of completed site visitor’s questionnaires
* Trending and manipulating of technical data (e.g. complaints data)
* Provide support during on-site audits

* Experience conducting Internal Audits (desirable)
