Part Time Customer Service Administrator - Telford - 8 Month Contract
L & C Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing company in Telford that are looking for a (Part Time) Sales Admin / Customer Service Administrator to join them on a contract basis, initially through until the end of October. Working closely with the Sales, Marketing & other internal teams, you'll be providing a key support role to internal sales staff and key customers based in the UK & abroad. The role is on a part time basis, 21 hours per week, Monday - Wednesday.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
1. Provide admin & customer support
2. Process orders, order acknowledgements, check part numbers etc
3. Handle queries and complaints
4. Raise & issue quotes
5. Promote sales opportunities through up and cross selling products
6. Confirm stock availability, part numbers etc
7. KPIs
Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will have worked in a similar sales support / customer service role previously - ideally within manufacturing. You will have excellent communication skills, be a flexible team player, have a professional approach and appearance, a confident manner and high IT literacy.
Hours of work are part time (21 hours per week), Monday - Wednesday. The site is accessible from Shrewsbury, Telford, Wolverhampton, Newport, Shifnal, Market Drayton, Perton etc.
