Job Description:
A large fire and security distributor is looking for regional BDMs to join their team selling a range of CCTV and other solutions to the installer and integrator marketplace.
The role will cover Essex & East Anglia, dealing with warm accounts and targeting new ones in your region. Experience with CCTV, access control, intruder, and fire is highly desirable, as well as ideally a background in the distribution or manufacturing industry. Candidates who have sold technology hardware (not software solutions) in other fields and understand the distribution model will also be considered. Candidates with a telecoms background who want to learn security are also desirable.
The ideal candidate is a driven and new business-focused individual. The desired candidate will be given a set of accounts and will work with the assigned branch to target new business. Strong presentation skills are required, as well as experience managing sizable accounts.
On offer is a negotiable basic salary depending on experience, with a good OTE.
