About the role Working closely with the Head of Strategic Growth and our offshore team in Delhi, you'll support Forvis Mazars BD efforts across the firm by ensuring the correct sales infrastructure and support is in place and kept up to date. In addition you will take ownership of our pursuit feedback programme, ensuring lessons are learned and that our methodology evolves to give us the best chance of winning in the market. As Forvis Mazars continues its growth journey we need to professionalise our Sales infrastructure to ensure our Partners and Staff have easy access to the information they need to effectively complete day to day sales activities, whether it be finding standard information about the firm, our credentials in specific markets or the standard information required to pull together a first draft of a bid. In addition, this role will focus on ensuring we are learning from our experience and evolving our firmwide sales approach to increase the average win rate across the firm, your ultimate long-term aim will be to increase the firm wide win rate through key interventions & improvements. Work with senior members of the Strategic Growth team to learn from our activity and identify ways to adapt our sales pursuits methodology or Account Management Methodology. Identify Sales & BD training needs across the business to develop and implement a consistent approach to winning work. What are we looking for? Experience in a strategic sales, pursuits or sales operations role Experience using analytics tools to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritise workload Strategic thinker with creative mindset and an ability to interpret sales feedback into actions Ability to effectively communicate with different target audiences and the ability to develop effective working relationships with and influence senior stakeholders, exuding gravitas and professionalism About Forvis Mazars Forvis Mazars is a leading global professional services network.
