About the Role
As a Primary PPA Teacher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring continuity of learning across different year groups, covering teacher's PPA (Planning, Preparation & Assessment) time. This is a great opportunity for a teacher who enjoys variety while still being part of a supportive school environment.
1. Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
2. Engage and inspire pupils with creative and interactive teaching methods.
3. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment.
4. Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support the school's curriculum objectives.
5. Adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of different year groups and abilities.
What We're Looking For
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
2. Experience teaching in a primary school across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
3. A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching different year groups.
4. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage pupils effectively.
5. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
