This role would see you running your open phase of an already established development. This phase will see about 400 traditional built units. Reporting into a project manager, you will be managing the day-to-day operations and leading the team to meet targets set out while driving the program while ensuring quality is set to the highest standard
Responsibilities for the Site Manager
* Ensuring compliance onsite at all times to H&S standards, processes and NHBC standards
* Co-ordinating labour and resources on site to deliver the build programme
* Ensuring all plots are built to the highest standard of quality
* Make sure the on-site team is fully resourced and well directed
* Initiating and attending plot inspections with the local building inspector or NHBC
Requirements for Site Manager
* Strong understanding of NHBC standards
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within a PLC environment
* Experience of working to an established build programme and managing KPI's
* Timber frame experience would be desirable
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
