A UK based consultancy is looking for a Change Manager for their utilities end client. They are looking to make changes to their data services and implement a Hub and Spoke Model operating framework.
The change manager will lead the transformation and can think both strategically and execute effectively. Helping to plan communications, support development activities, engage stakeholders, and shape governance models for change initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and deliver change management plans.
* Plan and manage communication strategies for change initiatives.
* Support development and training plans to help people adapt to changes.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Help design governance models to support change efforts.
* Identify risks and resistance to change and develop solutions.
Requirements
* Over 5 years’ experience managing business change and organizational change initiatives.
* Previous experience delivering Data transformation projects.
* Previously designed governance models.
* Able to get hands on, as well as leading strategically.
* Strategic thinker who is also comfortable getting into the details.
Preferred skills
* Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and/or NSP Change Practitioner.
* Previously worked within the Utilities sector.
* Worked with Dynamics or SAP.
* Led Data hub or Data science projects.
* Worked with Power Bi and SQL/No SQL databases.
