Role Overview:
The candidate will work as part of the Mobile Maintenance Technician Team responding to client call outs throughout Northern Ireland. They will be responsible for undertaking various planned maintenance and reactive tasks and providing excellent services to our high-profile customers. What you'll do:
1. Control and manage aspects of planned maintenance and reactive tasks.
2. Ensure that the works are delivered on time, to set budgets and to an acceptable quality / technical standard.
3. Maintain and update the company Mobile Management Information Systems for all work.
4. Be proactive in managing and undertaking work and be client focused in the delivery of the work.
5. Represent the company in a competent and professional manner.
6. Manage subsequent reactive maintenance services across all contracts.
7. Manage work within budgets to drive efficiencies.
What you'll bring:
1. Preparing painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint.
2. Mixing, matching, and applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces.
3. Providing decorative and faux finishes as the project requires.
4. Possess a full, valid driving license.
Desirable Criteria:
1. Relevant technical experience of working within the Asset Management field.
