You’ll be joining our Facilities & Property department initially on a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential to turn to a permanent role following the initial 12-month period.
* A full-time and flexible hybrid role - our Support Centre is based in Kearsely M26 1GG
* A brand new role to the department to support a system transformation project
* Focusing primarily on optimising business and system processes as we implement a new ERP system

Your future, your role
As a Facilities Process & Systems Lead you’ll be:
* A key player in the future systems strategy, ensuring Facilities is represented in the wider systems approach and decision-making process
* Responsible for leading and supporting a data-driven approach to strategically manage Reactive & Planned Maintenance and assets transitioning from the “as is” to the “future” state
* Working with internal stakeholders and external strategic partners to drive innovation and efficiency across all aspects of operations with respect to maintenance delivery – reactive, planned, and projects, with continued innovation on B2B optimisation
* Actively engaging with Change Management to influence and prioritise the change and development backlog with regards to system releases and upgrades, working on and understanding overall Enterprise Architecture, Product Design and development deadlines, and release cycles
* Driving continuous improvements based on business needs and requirements

You will need:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience, working in Facilities Management, Estates Management or related field
* Good hands-on working knowledge Facilities processes and practices, gained through experience working in a Facilities function within a large property portfolio
* Experience working with ERP systems such as IFS is preferred. Candidate must prove good working knowledge of any CAFM system
* Proven track record of leading, developing and inspiring skilled teams to achieve continuous improvement
