Description
Our Digital Transformation Team (DTT) is looking for a Junior Technical Business Analyst and we're flexible with which office you'd be based in. You will be involved in planning, producing, testing, and deploying digital solutions for the internal teams, developing automation software for operational needs and creating/monitoring scripts for integrations.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with programming or software development experience as well as key business analyst skills and is keen to grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. You will need a solid technical background in programming concepts, experience working with Databases (SQL) alongside strong interpersonal and process mapping skills. Experience in Microsoft Power Platform would be advantageous. There would also be opportunities to develop through training and certification.

Key Responsibilities
7. Design, develop, test, and implement low code apps, workflows, and integrations.
8. Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure that solutions meet requirements.
9. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system integration.
10. Work with other members of the DT team to solve technical problems and improve productivity.
11. Ensure that software integration with internal systems is seamless.
12. Assisting maintaining large data sets, improving data accuracy and data completeness.
13. Keep up-to-date with emerging technology and market developments connected to system integration.
14. Become a technical resource for one or more of the departments core technologies: RPA, Low Code Apps or Workflow (iPaaS)
15. Take part in quality control tasks such as code reviews.
16. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement those improvements.
17. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
The Person
You would ideally have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field along with:
18. Experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
19. Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, web services, and message queues
20. Solid programming skills in any of: Java, C#, or Python
21. Experience working with Databases (SQL)
22. Experience in Microsoft Power Platform or RPA/Workflow (iPaaS) software would be advantageous
23. Excellent communication skills.

Travel Requirements
You may be required to travel to other offices depending on specific projects
