We Are Footprint are excited to be recruiting on behalf of one of our key clients for a Construction Administrator to join their team on a 4-month contract, with the potential for extension. This role will be based on-site in Wigan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the site management team.
* Handle documentation, including contract management, project files, and correspondence.
* Manage site-based records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
* Assist with the coordination of construction activities, including scheduling and logistics.
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
* Support with health and safety documentation and site reporting.
* Organize and maintain meeting notes, project schedules, and other essential records.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience working as a Construction Administrator or in a similar administrative role within the construction industry.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Experience in maintaining construction site documentation and records.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
