Network Systems Support Engineer is responsible for supporting the MUFG EMEA data network and all other aspects of networking including firewall and network infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Incident Management
Take ownership of network-related incidents and troubleshoot from first alert to resolution, demonstrating good customer-facing skills when liaising with users, cooperating with other team members and internal teams, and managing vendors for incident resolution.
2. Administration
Maintain and, where necessary, create a full set of comprehensive network data diagrams and documentation.
3. Project Support
Conduct project activities to specific timelines and deliver network data project tasks and objectives assigned to the team.

Team Duties
Assist with the support and maintenance of all NSS duties including data, security, and infrastructure. Work as per the shift planned by MUFG to cover support and project delivery for after office hours on-call and weekend working if required.
* Normal office hours Monday – Friday
* Participation in a shift pattern to cover support and project delivery (2 in 6 shifts).
o Early shift starts at 7:00 am; late shift cover ends at 6 pm.
* Occasional bank holiday working as per business requirements.
* Weekend working as per business requirements.
