Your Role:
8. Teaching and Support: Implement individualised curriculum's, plan and deliver lessons focusing on communication and life skills.
9. Behavioural Support: Use theory-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our pupils.
10. Personal Care: Encourage and assist pupils in maintaining hygiene standards.
11. Progress Monitoring: Ensure teaching methods are effective and tailored to each child's needs.
12. Additional Duties: Assist with break time supervision and support activities like playground and snack time.

22. Advanced Degrees: Pursue a Master's in High Incidence & Disabilities worth up to £13,000.
23. Regular Training: Ongoing training in Safeguarding, Emergency Medication, Behaviour Management, Personal Care, Autism, and more.
What They're Looking For:
24. Experience: Professional, personal, or voluntary experience working with children and disabilities.
25. Qualifications: Minimum Grade C/4 GCSE in English Language & Maths or equivalent.
26. Skills: Comfortable working with children who exhibit challenging behaviour and providing personal/intimate care when needed.
27. Composure: Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
