East Anglian Site Engineering Ltd (EASE) is looking for Senior Site Engineers to join our growing team.
We provide expert site engineering services to the construction industry. Based in East Anglia, we work across a wide range of sectors including structures, highways, power, water, utilities, and the Ministry of Defence (MoD). Most of our projects are in Norfolk and Suffolk, though we also work with clients nationwide when required.

Your Role at EASE
This is a full-time, on-site role covering projects across Norfolk and Suffolk. You will take the lead on day-to-day site engineering activities, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, accurately, and in line with design requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee and coordinate site engineering activities
* Conduct surveys in support of ongoing works
* Check and confirm project adherence to design specifications
* Work closely with project teams to maintain technical alignment
* Manage and maintain site-related technical documentation and records
* Produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and safe systems of work
* Support junior engineers with technical guidance and on-site training
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed across all activities
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for someone with a strong background in site engineering who is confident in managing both the technical and practical aspects of the role.
* Proven experience in site engineering and construction
* Strong project management and team coordination skills
* Proficiency in engineering tools and software
* Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in construction
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* The ability to produce clear and accurate documentation, including Work Package Plans and Task Briefing Sheets
What You'll Need
* Valid CSCS card
* SMSTS or equivalent site safety qualification (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to travel to project sites in Norfolk, Suffolk and beyond
* First Aid at Work (preferred)
* At least five years on-site experience
