What is the role?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a team of Front of House Assistants to join our team working in the Northam Fan Zone based at St. Mary’s Stadium.
What will you be doing?
Our Front of House team is responsible for welcoming all guests to The Northam Fan Zone, ensuring they have an excellent experience.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Providing exceptional customer experience and ensuring a positive atmosphere for all.
2. Working closely with colleagues across the front of house team to ensure smooth operations.
3. Supporting the planning and preparation of events at The Dell including setting up and clearing away.
4. Collaborating with other departments within the club to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Qualifications & Experience
1. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure.
2. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with all.
4. Previous experience in a customer-facing role would be beneficial but not essential.
