Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and engage with families, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
2. Assist in the preparation and serving of our high-quality food and drinks.
3. Keep the play area and café clean, safe, and well-organised.
4. Support the smooth running of the soft play area, helping to supervise children and maintain safety.
5. Assist with birthday parties and special events, ensuring they run smoothly and are enjoyable for all.
6. Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues with a friendly approach.
Who We’re Looking For:
1. A passion for working with children and creating a fun, safe environment.
2. A friendly, approachable attitude with strong customer service skills.
3. Experience in hospitality or a similar role is a plus but not essential.
4. A team player who is organised, reliable, and ready to jump into a variety of tasks.
