Main duties of the job The Role: As the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our EDI improvement plan, as part of our new five year organisational strategy, launching in April 2025. You will work closely with senior leaders, staff networks, and external partners to promote a culture of inclusivity and equity. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and delivering EDI training and initiatives Monitoring and reporting on EDI progress and outcomes Advising on policies and practices to ensure they are inclusive Leading on projects that support our EDI goals The role is 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri. and will involve a mix of remote and office-based working at the Trust Headquarters in Worthing, as well as some travel to our other sites across Sussex, when required.
