The role
will involve supporting students in lessons as well as working 1:1 with students and running small group intervention sessions•You should have a good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeracy skills•Classroom experience or experience of working with young deaf people will be an advantage•Being aware of how to help deaf students access the curriculum is essential•The successful candidate will be offered a place on an accredited BSL course. Support and training will be provided as necessary. •BSL level 6 is preferred but we will consider candidates who have BSL Level 3.
