Description
Salary: £18,000 per annum in the first year, with incremental increases leading to a full-Service Advisor package over 12 months (£30,300 basic, OTE £40,000).
Hours: 45 hours a week Monday – Friday 0800 – 1800 with a 60 mins for lunch each day.

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and customer-focused Apprentice Service Advisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from the best while developing essential skills in customer service and the motor trade.
What does a service advisor do?
As a Service Advisor, you will be the link between our customers and our workshop. When a customer brings their BMW or MINI in for servicing or repairs, you’ll be the person who takes care of everything—ensuring their experience is smooth, efficient, and hassle-free.
From the moment they arrive, you’ll be responsible for booking in their vehicle, explaining the work required, keeping them informed throughout the process, and ensuring they drive away happy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Welcoming customers into the dealership and making them feel valued.
* Talking face-to-face with customers to understand their vehicle needs.
* Checking in vehicles for service or repair and explaining the work required.
* Liaising with technicians to update customers on progress.
* Processing service paperwork and ensuring customer records are up to date.
* Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For:
* Someone who enjoys talking to people and can build rapport easily.
* A confident communicator who is comfortable in face-to-face conversations.
* A positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a passion for customer service.
* A full UK driving licence.
