PEOPLE MANAGER, HR Four is looking for a bright and enthusiastic people manager to work within the HR team. Personal qualities/experience required: At least three years’ experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills Confidence to deal with staff at all levels in an appropriate manner Ability to work as part of the HR and central teams as well as independently Good organisational skills, ability to carry out routine scheduled tasks and to meet deadlines Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously A flexible approach to supporting colleagues from all disciplines Drive, energy and commitment Good problem-solving skills Good interpersonal skills Communication and advocacy Passionate about leveraging technology to foster a positive workplace culture Eagerness to work with AI tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Bachelor's degree or CIPD in HR or a similar subject desired but not essential Scope of the role: Administer full recruitment cycle including job postings, CV screening and communicating with candidates Working closely with the group learning & development manager to create a training calendar for all staff across the agency at all levels Help schedule meetings, interviews, and training events Researching new course content Ensuring all training records, targets and achievements are documented Working closely with the group people & diversity director Monitoring and responding to HR helpdesk/Four Academy queries in timely and professional manner Escalating complex queries to senior HR staff Ad hoc HR projects as necessary Support with onboarding and induction process for new joiners Ensuring all employee records are accurate and up to date on HR system Assist the team in conducting HR analytics, generating insightful reports, and managing data Equality and diversity statement: We are proud of our diverse community at Four and are committed to reflecting the diversity of the world in which we live.
