Job summary We are looking for a passionate, confident and motivated manager who can demonstrate an excellent understanding of operational management in Radiology. As Deputy Radiology Manager, you will have a key leadership role and be responsible for the operational delivery of all core services. You will form part of the Directorship Leadership Team, working in partnership with the Radiology Manager, Business and Performance Manager, Imaging Matron, Governance and Clinical Leads. Main duties of the job You will require proven skills in sustainable service delivery with the ability to lead, influence and build rapport and credibility with senior clinical and operational teams. As a senior leader you will need to be proficient in all elements of strategic planning to ensure operational and performance objectives are met and ensure a patient centred service.
