This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a busy team, taking ownership of a variety of responsibilities whilst providing an exceptional level of service. DAY TO DAY: Responding to a wide range of customer email enquiries. Answering incoming calls and confidently handling a variety of queries. Processing holiday bookings, both direct and via agents. Producing and maintaining an accurate paper trail of all bookings. Managing office paperwork, keeping letters stocked, and preparing daily post. Archiving files and processing online documentation. Negotiating packages and offering discounts when applicable. Ensuring strong customer service at all times. WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE: Proven customer service experience, from a retail, hospitality, events, or office-based role. A naturally confident communicator with a professional telephone manner. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Computer literate, with experience using email and other office software. A motivated and enthusiastic individual who thrives on delivering exceptional service. IN RETURN: £25,000 per annum. Team bonus scheme and paid overtime for weekends worked. Be able to work a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday (plus 1-2 weekends per month with time off during the week). Comprehensive training programme. 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
