Job Description
My client is a leading pensions consultancy and they are recruiting for a Senior Pensions Administrator / Analyst, Defined Contribution / DB to work at the forefront of the team within Edinburgh. Alternatively, there is also the option to work in their project and technical team if your preference is for in-depth Technical and Analytical work.
The job is available due to new business wins, and the successful applicant will be managing their own set of DB/DC schemes. Previous technical defined benefit/final salary pensions/DC experience is essential, along with some experience in client management within pensions. Professional qualifications such as PMI are desirable but not essential.
You will be working with clients who have a mixture of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. Technical knowledge of cradle-to-grave pensions administration is required, along with a thorough understanding of scheme rules, current legislation, and project management. Your work may also include some client-facing duties as your experience increases. Strong technical knowledge of DC schemes is required, with some DB knowledge being beneficial but not a prerequisite.
An excellent basic salary is on offer for the successful candidate, plus a fantastic benefits package. You will be joining a growing company with long-term opportunities in a successful, close-knit team in Edinburgh, which is part of a national setup.
If this opportunity is of interest to you and you have the necessary DB and DC experience cradle-to-grave, please get in touch by submitting your CV for review for a confidential discussion with Alison Curran about this and other roles available.
