A Sales Manager is required to join lead a successful and driven team of 3 specialist sales consultants, whilst achieving your own revenue targets. Suppling to key retailers and specialist healthcare advisors, with unique health products and offering excellent account management. We are looking for someone who is proactive and results-driven to help drive business growth, whilst ensuring the effective management of resources. Ideally with experience in supplying retailers from specialist stores through to major retailers. Backed by an award winning inhouse marketing and ecommerce team you will focus on the business plan targets and strategies for UK retailer supply. Duties will include: Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives and maximise revenue with sales team, marketing and directors. Actively selling and promoting the products and supply agreements. Building your own key accounts to manage. Leading and supporting a team of 3 in their success and development Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring effective cost control measures are in place. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present reports on commercial performance to senior management. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Comply with legislation and regulation and company standards You will have: Brilliant communication skills and a positive, motivational approach to sales and leadership. Experience in a sales team as a leader, for product sales industry. Ideally experience in suppling retailers either as specialist stores or major UK wide retailers.
